Site development of Meadow Village is at 66% completion, Sierra Village is at 98% completion, while Brook Village is at 99% completion.

 

Amenities

The construction of Sierra and Brook Clubhouse is ongoing, with a target completion set for Q3 2024.

Construction is in progress for the Meadow Village Viewdeck.

 

Turnover

Sierra Village had 4 lots turned over, while Brook Village had 2 houses and lots turned over, along with 1 lot turned over.
