AMENITIES

Ongoing construction of the of Play Equipment and Street Signages are scheduled for completion in Q1 2025.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.

VECINO TURNOVERS

In Brook, 111  houses and lots were turned over, along with 68 lot-only units.
Vecino Turnovers are residential lots and houses that have been turned over to vecinos. The Turnover Office is open to serve vecinos for acceptance and turnover activities. Turnover Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

VALUE APPRECIATION

Brook enjoys positive returns at 157% value appreciation since its launched in 2019.
Value Appreciation indicates the increase in property value since the launch year.

There are currently 76 units in Brook that are available.
