Site Development covers site clearing, grading, roads, utilities, open parking, and related work.
AMENITIES
The Meadow Guardhouse is set for completion by Q4 2025, and the Meadow Clubhouse by Q3 2026.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.
SALES
There are currently 46 lot-only residential units available.
Sales represent the available inventory for the quarter.
