SITE DEVELOPMENT
Site development of Meadow is at 88% completion.
Site Development covers site clearing, grading, roads, utilities, open parking, and related work.
AMENITIES
The Meadow Guardhouse is set for completion by Q4 2025, and the Meadow Clubhouse by Q4 2026.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.
SALES
There are currently 36 lot-only residential units available.
Sales represent the available inventory for the quarter.
VECINO TURNOVERS
Turnovers will commence by Q4 2025.
Vecino Turnovers are residential lots and houses that have been turned over to vecinos. The Turnover Office is open to serve vecinos for acceptance and turnover activities. Turnover Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
