Ongoing construction of Play Equipment and Street Signages is set for completion in Q2 2025.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.

VECINO TURNOVERS

In Sierra, 40 houses and lots were turned over, along with 53 lot-only units.
Vecino Turnovers are residential lots and houses that have been turned over to vecinos. The Turnover Office is open to serve vecinos for acceptance and turnover activities. Turnover Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

VALUE APPRECIATION

Sierra enjoys positive returns at 157% value appreciation since its launch in 2019.
Value Appreciation indicates the increase in property value since the launch year.
