Construction Updates as of April 2020

MODEL VILLAGE CONSTRUCTION

5 house model units are underway. Construction works will resume once enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) is lifted.

SITE DEVELOPMENT

Site development for Sierra and Brook are at 5.81% and 5.64% completion rates, respectively. Construction works on the spine road, drainage installation, and entrance lot earthworks will continue immediately once ECQ is lifted.

AMENITIES

For your family’s safety and comfort, guardhouse construction will begin in the second quarter of this year.
